Stop. Pause. Take a deep breath.
When was the last time you sat and took a really nice deep breath?
Turns out breathing is pretty damn important and has a lot of health benefits other than just keeping you alive. Breathing techniques can give you so much more Powerback® in your mind and in your body. It helps to bring back clarity and alignment and helps to lower your blood pressure, heart rate, and anxiety levels.
So today, I want to encourage you to take your Powerback® by bringing some awareness and recognition back to your breath. I’m sharing a breathing technique that I love and that has helped me take control of my anxiety.
Sometimes all it simply takes is giving yourself permission to pause, reconnect with your breath, and then get back in the game.
