This method interrupts what's happening in your brain so that you can actually move forward instead of sitting around thinking about moving forward.
You know how when you have a new idea that you want to move towards, a change that you want to make, or a shift or pivot that's happening in your world, how you think about doing it?
You get excited about doing it, and then all of a sudden, your brain stops. You freeze, and all the details stop you from moving forward. The bigness becomes overwhelming; the need to figure it all out will run to the front. And let's not forget about that very deep fear of ‘How is this going to affect everybody else?’ and ‘What are other people going to think?’.
