37: Separating You and Your Brand

One of the biggest questions I hear is, “Should I brand myself or should I create a business name?” 

Should there be a separation between you and your business? Should they be one and the same? I wish I could give you a black and white answer here, but the truth is — it depends. It depends on your goals, your career path, who you’re speaking to, and, ultimately, where you see yourself within the business.  

A few months ago I “broke out” and launched the LauraAura brand — something that had been in my mind and heart for a long time. It wasn’t until a deep conversation with my team that broke me down (in the best of ways) that I realized it was time to branch out WHILE still operating Worx & Co.

Whether you’re just starting a business or transitioning an existing one, there are tons of questions to be answered around how to brand. This episode was created to help you make the best decision for YOU and no one else.
